Terms of Use
Effective September 2026
About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of the SEEADS Foundation website (seeadsfoundation.org) and your participation in our programs. By using this website, making a donation, or registering as a teacher, sponsor, or nonprofit, you agree to these terms.
SEEADS Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 84-4013320). Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Donations
All donations are voluntary contributions to SEEADS Foundation, a nonprofit corporation. Donations are not payments for goods or services and are not refundable, except where required by law or where SEEADS determines in its sole discretion that a refund is appropriate.
100% of classroom donations are used to purchase supplies for verified teachers' classrooms. Teachers never receive or handle donated funds; the Foundation purchases supplies directly and ships them to the school.
Donation receipts are issued for every contribution. Please consult your own tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your donation.
Teacher eligibility and supply orders
Participation in the classroom supply program is limited to currently employed, license-verified K-12 teachers. SEEADS verifies educator credentials against official state licensing records before approval and re-verifies them at least annually.
Supply orders are reviewed and approved by SEEADS. Orders must be for valid classroom supplies, must ship to a verified school address, and are subject to available funding and program limits. SEEADS may decline any order that does not meet program requirements.
Supplies purchased with donated funds are the property of the classroom and school community. Teachers agree to use supplies for instructional purposes.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We strongly encourage, and for administrators require, two-factor authentication.
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to access data or accounts that are not yours, submitting false information, impersonating another person or organization, scraping or copying site content for commercial purposes, or interfering with the site's operation.

The content, design, text, graphics, logos, and software of this website are the property of SEEADS Foundation or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may view, download, and print pages from the site for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works, including copying the site's design or content to create a lookalike website, requires prior written permission from SEEADS Foundation.

Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our privacy practices. We collect only the information needed to operate our programs, limit access to it, and never sell donor, teacher, or student information. Personal information such as shipping details is automatically removed from records after a defined retention period.

Changes and governing law
